RRR Home Services has done an extensive amount of work to my home. Our house is a 100 year old duplex, bought through foreclosure. Despite being structurally sound, the house had a number of small and large projects that needed to be done during the first year of ownership. Garry Reese of RRR came to the property before I had even bought it and helped me go through the “to do” list room by room and provided me a written quote to show my banker as I was financing the initial repairs.

After I closed on the property, Garry got to work right away, taking care of each task with attention to detail while under deadline from the bank. Here is just a short list of some of the things he did for me:

Fixed broken windows

Replace several rotten window frames

Installed new doors and locksets

Remodeled a dated bathroom (including light plumbing)

Fixed the basement steps

Fixed a leaky chimney

Fixed multiple holes in the drywall

Replaced the entire ceiling drywall) in the living room

Installed a dryer vent

I have since had RRR back to fix a railing, patch some drywall where I had a plumbing accident, and he installed an access door for bathroom plumbing.

Garry of RRR has always been prompt, professional, and on budget. Though I am handy, I am a working professional who simply does not have time to give many projects the time and focus that they deserve. RRR gives me the peace of mind that the job will be done right. I look forward to giving my next “to do” list to RRR!
